Thai Life Insurance Medicare Signature Service

Thai Life Insurance Medicare is special service that we provide the privilege for our insured. In order to facilitate our insured for medical expenses under our Hospital Network. This service open 24 hours, and under condition of policy rider : Health (all type), Accident Benefit and Personal Accident policy.

The contract is available for

IPD

• Policy rider: Health (all types).
• Policy rider: Accident Benefit (อ.3) (effective after 8.30 am.)
• Personal Accident policy (PA) (effective after 4.30 pm.) 

OPD

• Personal Accident policy (PA) (effective after 4.30 pm.)
• Policy rider : Accident Benefit (อ.3) (effective after 8.30 am.)

Conditional request

FOR

• Policy rider :Health (all types) must effective over 90 days after the contract date or the last date of reinstatement for illness case.
• Policy rider : Accident Benefit (อ.3), Personal Accident policy (PA) and policy rider : Health (all types) should be effective date since policy in force for accidental case.
